An Extended Thermodynamics Model for Blood Flow

A model for blood flow is introduced in the context of Rational Extended Thermodynamics (RET). The balance equations are applied to two-hierarchy structure recently by Ruggeri and Sugiyama. constitutive relations derived with universal physical principles remaining functions evaluated use kinetic theory. herein obtained a hyperbolic generalization classical model. Our construction have same proprieties system; addition, owing its structure, our avoids unphysical feature instantaneous diffusive effects which typical parabolic systems. Furthermore we expect that model, as all RET systems, can describe phenomena better than ones when fields change rapidly or one has steep gradients.
